Did marble gum for my homogeneous tiles. Job was okay. Just that there’s some big & small holes found in between the grouting and can be feel on the surface. Few big scratches found on the tiles surface too. When told them about the defects, They gave lots of reason telling us is like this. Saying we are unreasonable and said if they know we are like this, They won’t take up this job. As an interior designer, I understand nothing is perfect. But some areas are unacceptable. Couldn’t believe with all the good reviews. Do all of customers know what is good workmanship? Every defects they have a reason to cover it. The attitude was damn bad. Personally won’t recommend them for sure.

Fast response, came and did the toilet the next day, looks almost new now. Epoxy grouting used was 2 parts mixed PU sealant. Hope can last a few years.

Very fast response and efficient service! I text him 830am and after discussing the condition of my existing grout and purchased the new grout color I want, he reached my place and start work by 12pm. The grout of my 2 toilets and 1 kitchen was completed within 3.5hr. They even help to move my washer and touch up some gaps on my wall tiles for me. Really great service worth the recommend!
